The Santa Clara County Office of Communications and Public Affairs (OCPA) has created a new web page, “One County One Future,” as a link to resources for the communities we serve, including those in greatest need, regardless of immigration or economic status, religion, country of origin, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity, language spoken, or political affiliation.

The page serves as a one-stop-platform where people can get connected to the following:

• Rapid Response Network (RRN)
• Know Your Rights page featuring information to educate and prepare individuals who may encounter immigration authorities
• County and community resources for family preparedness
• Immigrant resources
• Info on accessing health care
• Info on accessing social services
• Info on accessing housing benefits, and more
• Updates on the County’s efforts to support vulnerable communities

The web page is accessible through the County gateway, so it’s linked to the santaclaracounty.gov domain: https://www.santaclaracounty.gov/one-county-one-future    

The page content is fluid and will reflect periodic updates to the County’s efforts to support communities that are targeted by the federal administration.
